Someone once said “If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten.” This directly relates to the annual stewardship process in most churches. Dr. Spangler believes churches can break this cycle and see dramatic stewardship growth through greater attention to the overall stewardship plan for the church. Especially important is paying greater attention to the budget process and ensuring a time of stewardship commitment. Dr. Spangler will coach the church through a short-term process or engage with a church over a longer time frame to bring quality stewardship coaching to this oft-neglected area of church life.
