The Workshop at Shiloh

THE WORKSHOP AT SHILOH is comprised of Dr. Steve A. Spangler, assisted by his daughter, Emily, and other specialists on an “as-needed” basis. Steve is a native Virginian and a practicing pastor with more than 30 years of experience leading local churches in ministry and stewardship. For nearly ten years, Steve worked for two of the leading church stewardship consulting firms in the nation as a vice-president and executive consultant. He has done feasibility studies, visioning workshops, annual and capital stewardship campaigns for more than 120 congregations, helping to raise over $170 million for Kingdom causes including new construction, land acquisition, renovation and debt reduction.

 

Through that experience, Steve came to several conclusions. They include that:

• Quality coaching enhances the opportunity for a church to maximize its financial potential and to have a positive, spiritual experience in the process.
• A quality stewardship program must be holistic in its approach.
